The Buccaneer opened its doors to the public December 1980, with a firm promise to serving the freshest Caribbean seafood. Buccaneer’s popularity grew each decade, growing into a treasured tradition for thousands of both locals and visitors. Buccaneer takes pride as one of Aruba’s oldest restaurants serving seafood, steaks and an array of International cuisine with an extensive menu serving the fresh ingredients every day from our kitchen to your table.
The family restaurant was built with what everyone loves most of Aruba and transformed it into a reality. This mixture is wall to wall 18,000-gallon Aquariums throughout the dining rooms, a lot of love building it and generations of repeat guests coming back for more. Buccaneer is proud to have Chef James Rogan as the Executive Chef/ General Manager who runs the restaurant and cooks up tantalizing entrees and runs the family business with passion.
